I have over 20 years of experience in coaching and mentoring at all levels within Higher Education. In 2019 I qualified with Henley Business School through the Professional Certificate in Coaching and I can now offer coaching as part of the Equasense service.
There are at least three ways in which coaching can form part of your Diversity and Inclusion activities:
1. Coaching to develop inclusive leaders – it’s not always straightforward to recognise and develop the skills needed to be inclusive on a day to day basis
2. Coaching for Diversity and Inclusion leaders – support in influencing upwards and downwards and in managing different demands on your time
3. Personal development coaching for employees who may not have access to the support that others do. This can support succession planning and promotions.
